Most of the Crisis are our own making!

Most of us are anxious to make things work as we want them to be.
But unfortunately it does not happen always. Then we call them as bad luck.
There is a saying that "Fate is inherited, where as Destiny is created."

Crisis Management is a typical case of destiny created by you.

Most of us wake up with tones of problems to be solved for that day. Later in the night we go to sleep with most of them not solved, perhaps somethings more added to it".

We create crisis and waste our life in solving this. I can write several examples that all of us are familiar.
Just an example here.
Imagine, one day morning, you were reading news paper when your child came to you running with out knowing that a hot cup of tea is in your hand. The tea splashed on your shirt and got spoiled. The immediate reaction was to scold him, may be accompanied with few beating. The child started crying loudly such that every one in the house comes running to you to know what has happened to the child. You became more angry for all of them coming running. After all you are the father of the child. You have all the rights to beat him.Your ego got hurt.

Imagine about the the crisis you have created at the home to spoil the entire day.

You want to see the child goes to the school on time
Your wife need to dress the child & serve food. School bus time is fast nearing. Child is still crying and doesn't want to go to school. You have to get ready to go to office. With the child crying, your entire schedule got upset. If your wife is working her schedule also got upset. By the time some of the neighbors came to your house , you had to answer them why the child was crying. The situation has become so tensed, you are trying for crisis management which is not working. Some how you managed the situation which is still burning in every one's heart. In the office you could not attend your work peacefully, cursing yourself for beating the child. you are wondering what the child must be feeling about you now. What could be the state of mind of your wife? some how you made it to evening ,back home saw the furious wife standing outside for spoiling her day in the office. The crisis has increased! what for? no one knows.

In my experience working as a consultant, prior to that managing a corporate sales office, I have encountered so many similar problems in the office and with most of my colleagues.
